FOREIGN REGISTRATION APPLICATION
To register a dog in Puerto Rico with a foreign registry, make sure that the dog is fully registered in a canine organization recognized by the F.C.I. (see www.fci.be).
It is necessary to send the original Export Pedigree with the registration application. These documents will be returned to the owner with registration certificate from F.C.P.R.
Cost per dog is $85.00. Check or Money Order from an US account must be sent and photocopies of all records sent, must be kept by the dog’s owner. The FCPR will not be held responsible for lost documents by the US Postal Service. Allow 10 working days if paid by check and 48 hours if paid by US Money Orders.
