PUPPY REGISTRATION
To register a puppy in the FCPR, the breeder must have given the new owner, an FCPR Official Registration Application, which must be filled out as follows:
· Name of puppy – Must fill out the name in the first-line blanks only. Pertinent information about the animal must be filled out in the spaces provided in the form.
· Transfer of ownership from breeder to new owner(s) must be stated on the back of the form. (Section A) It is very important the signature of the breeder(s) and new owner(s).
Registration Costs: From processing date of litter:
- Registration Certificate $25.00
- Registration Certificate (over 3 months) $35.00
- Registration Certificate (over 6 months) $45.00
- Registration Certificate (over 9 months) $55.00
- Registration Certificae (over 12 months) $105.00**
** Must send reasonable explanation as to why the late registration.
- Three-generation certified pedigree $20.00
- Export Pedigree $50.00
Payments should be made to the FCPR by check or money order from an US account.
Photocopies of all records must be kept by the dog’s breeder. The FCPR will not be held responsible for lost documents by the US Postal Service. Allow 10 working days if paid by check and 48 hours if paid by US Money Orders.
